Jillene Collins

Jillene Collins, a strategic leader in myeloma healthcare, serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Accounts at The Binding Site. With over 20 years of dedicated service, she has held various positions within the company, contributing significantly to its growth. Jillene’s responsibilities include overseeing global operations for Binding Site’s largest customers, collaborating on scientific innovations for patient care, and developing supply chain solutions.

As a member of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS), Jillene has served as the Minnesota state President and chaired the Clinical Lab Collaborative annual meeting multiple times. On a national level, she was part of the Annual Meeting Steering Committee and served as its Chair in 2019. In 2010, Jillene participated in an international ASCLS delegation to China, mentoring laboratory and medical professionals in Beijing, Xi'an, and Wei Yang District. Her leadership extended to clinical testing management, lab personnel training, and organizing educational programs.

Additionally, Jillene has been an active member of The Association of Medical Laboratory Immunologists for 18 years, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among laboratory professionals.

She graduated with honors in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Minnesota. Her career journey included managing laboratories for a multisite pediatric group and overseeing clinical operations in a multispecialty family practice clinic before transitioning to the laboratory diagnostics field.

Outside of work, Jillene’s passion for community service has led her to volunteer for over 25 years with youth and children. She enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and exploring different cultures worldwide.
